It has been almost a year since we decided to sell our home of over 40 years. With Breanna’s expert advice we proceed to prepare our home for viewing. She staged the house and was diligent in holding numerous open houses. After receiving multiple offer’s we accepted one and closed escrow in late January. While renting in Newport Beach, Breanna took us on numerous viewings in the city narrowing our search to the Eastbluff area. After looking at many homes in the area we made an offer, it was accepted and the house is now ours.
